I think u got the 2 mixed up. Democrats do this WAY more than republicans. Look at Bush's 8 years. ALL you heard was the liberals whining the whole time. It was events between the signing of the Geneva Accords in 1954 and the refusal of the Diem Regime in S. Vietnam, with US support, to hold the elections called for in 1956 that "caused" the Vietnam War.
